compressor
a. Single rotor
A screw rod and two star wheels arranged vertically on the left and
right form two compression Chambers. Every turn of the screw rod is
compressed 12 times.
b. Energy saving
Original three-wire meshing, non-equal width tooth technology,
using proprietary processing technology, to overcome the low
viscosity of water, maintain high volume efficiency, through water
spray atomization cooling, to ensure that the system approximate
isothermal compression.
c. Oil-free
Water-jet lubrication and sealing of the main engine, the world
advanced patented sealing technology is adopted between the
compression chamber and the bearing chamber to ensure that the
whole system is oil-free
d. High reliability
The world's first all stainless steel host, host parts with
excellent wear resistance and corrosion of special stainless steel,
more durable than the coating material, and save rust maintenance.
e. Low noise
Single screw axial, radial force balance, star wheel in water film
lubrication with the screw free rotation, so the smooth operation
of the host components under low load, ensuring low noise and
durability
