In a limited space, our combined air dryers provide the chleanest
compressed air with minimum air consumption.
Why the compressed air need to be dried?
The compressed air contains some water vapour which relative
humidity is 100%. As the air cooling down in the pipe, there will
be condensed water. The water in the air-compressing system may
bring much trouble for users:
Operation and maintenannce cost for the instrument, electromagnetic
valve, cylinder etc. will be raised with lower working efficiency,
perhaps even the interruption of production.
Investment in whole production line equipment will need to be
increased, as condenser, separator, and blow-off line all need to
be added.
Lower processing quality, especially for spraying lacquer, sand
blasting plant, pneumatic control system, foodstuff,
pharmaceuticals industries.
The dry degree of the compressed air is expressed by the dew point.
At constant barometric pressure, when water vapor condense into
water at a certain temperature, that temperature is called dew
point.
